Clippers Grizzles Game 2

I definitely will give Memphis credit, for keeping their foot on the gas and not letting the Clippers get too close making big shot after big shot putting the Clippers out of striking distance. Now for the Clippers, I still don't understand how the Grizzles kept getting open looks for behind the three as well as getting inside the paint. On top of that the Grizzles owned the board getting rebounds as well as second chance points. With Griffin and Jordan not the largest front court, but very athletic this shouldn't be happening. On the offensive end, outside of Chris Paul none of the Clippers can create on their own. With all the attention being paid to Paul he still found a way to get others good looks, but the key is you have to knock em down, and they couldn't do it. Blake Griffin did have 20 plus, but the guy needs to put in some serious work in during the off season, because his skill set is very limited. At full strength I do believe the Clippers would easily handle the Grizzles, but that's not the case and no matter who's on the roster you have to go to battle. The series is tied 1-1 going to Los Angeles and the Clippers are going to need to win both games, they don't want to have to go seven games with Memphis win, then face the read hot Spurs who will be well rested. With that being said I do expect the Clippers to perform a lot better I'm not going to say they will win the series, but remember anything is possible with Chris Paul on the floor.
